Much smaller group than I expected, which made it a more comfortable, informal learning environment. The tutor was very good and welcomed questions (even if they might be obvious or silly ones) and explained policy points by providing real-life examples and anecdotes. The content was useful, relevant, sometimes eye-opening, and will be very useful knowledge in my place of work as we look to extend our activities. In the end, a much more interesting and enjoyable day than I expected.

With not much time to study before the course I was very nervous. A few minutes into the course I was assured instantly.
